A.A. Kok, Verheerlijking van de Gouden Eeuw
Exhibition and cataloque design, 2007

The exhibition A.A. Kok - Verheerlijking van de Gouden Eeuw at the Netherlands Architecture Institute, Rotterdam shows an overview of the buildings that were restored in the 20th century by the architect A.A. Kok and his son Ysbrand to their idealized 17th century appearance. Before and after restoration are showed mirrored on the floor and wall, so that an Amsterdam ring of canals appears in the institute. The brochure is the extended version of this principle.
